B/c you can’t LIVE IN THE MOMENT when your life revolves around food.

About me...

This is a sanctuary for all of my thoughts and struggles, most of which I cannot share with those closest to me for fear of judgment or unwanted pity or they just don’t understand. Also, there’s going to be a lot of thinspo & fitspo pics b/c that really motivates me & reminds me of my goals.

Why am I here? Well, during middle & high school I was very physically active and was a normal weight without really having to stress about it. BUT, once I started college EVERYTHING changed. I gained 30 pounds & now I’m just trying to get back to what I used to have.

I started this blog in an effort to motivate myself, as well as a tool to change my relationship with food. The old me was like this: Did something great happen? Let’s celebrate and go out to eat! Did something crappy happen? Well then I get to eat whatever I want. So basically my WHOLE LIFE REVOLVED AROUND FOOD! I’m trying to change this & I have come a loooooong way already. It’s a daily struggle as we all know. But hey, at least we have each other!
